Where we ship

We ship across India through our courier partners.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your pincode. You'll see an estimate at checkout. Purova Classic is dispatched as above. Purova Amber is on pre-order and will be dispatched on 26-27 October 2026; delivery then takes 3-7 working days. Because Classic ships now and Amber ships later, please order them separately.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on every order across India, including Purova Amber pre-orders. There are no shipping charges at checkout.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available on Purova Classic orders. Purova Amber pre-orders are prepaid online only (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets) and Cash on Delivery is not available for Amber. Classic and Amber must be ordered separately.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking link by SMS and email. You can also visit our Track Order page.

Delivery problems

If your parcel is delayed or arrives damaged, email hello@getpurova.in or WhatsApp +91 96016 00946 with your order number and we'll sort it out.
