Café-style cold coffee

Purova is a clean-label health and nutraceutical brand from Gujarat. Our first products are monk fruit sweeteners: Purova Classic and Purova Amber, in 300 g jars.

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp instant coffee
  • 2 tbsp hot water
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 6 to 8 ice cubes
  • 1 to 2 tsp Purova Classic, or 1 to 2 tsp Purova Amber for a deeper caramel note

Method

  1. Whisk the coffee and hot water into a smooth paste.
  2. Add the milk, ice and Purova to a blender.
  3. Blend for 30 to 40 seconds until frothy.
  4. Pour into tall glasses and top with a pinch of cocoa if you like.

Tip

Classic keeps the coffee flavour clean. Amber adds a warm, caramel-like finish.
